The Relevance Path, LLC, d/b/a Align and Beyond having a personal place of business at 140 B Purcellville Gateway Dr. #126 Purcellville, VA 20132 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you purchase, access, or use our coaching services and licensed programs, including “Music To Your Soul” (collectively, the “Services”), or otherwise interact with our website. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Master Services Agreement and End User License Agreement(s).

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:

Our website and program platform may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember preferences, analyze site traffic, and, where applicable, support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Services. We and our service providers may also use analytics tools (such as website analytics platforms) to understand how the Services are used.
5. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Payment card information is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our own systems in unencrypted form.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our internal retention practices.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws. These rights commonly include the right to: confirm whether we process your personal data; access, correct, or delete your personal data; obtain a portable copy of your personal data; and opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (Company does not sell personal data for money).
California Residents. If you are a California resident, you have additional or distinct rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (Company does not sell personal information for money and does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Company does not process California personal information in a manner that would trigger these rights beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy, except as otherwise disclosed to you.
Company does not currently meet the applicability thresholds under the CCPA/CPRA, the VCDPA, or other state privacy laws that would require a dedicated “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism, Global Privacy Control signal handling, or similar infrastructure. Company does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If Company’s practices or the applicability of these laws changes, Company will update this Privacy Policy and implement any additional required mechanisms accordingly.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, and you have the right to appeal a denied request as described in our response to you.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age under local law). If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
9. Third-Party Links and Streaming Services
Our programs, including “Music To Your Soul,”TM may link to third-party streaming services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon Music) and other third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites or services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies before providing any information to them.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date, and, for material changes, will provide additional notice as required by law (such as by email or a notice on our website or program platform). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms, and acceptance thereof.
