"I want to thank you for being who you are.  True and authentic.  From the moment I met you, I could tell you were different.  You dream, you think big, you care about the people around you, you’re relational, you strive for excellence, you follow your heart, you step out of your comfort zones, and seems to me not willing to just settle.   But the thing I love most about you most is, you’re willing to take risks and bet on yourselves.  I appreciate all of those traits in you, more than you will ever know.   Thank you for trusting and believing in me.   Thank you for your willingness to help a ball of yarn like me.  You are trusting, easy to talk to, and yet, strong enough to help cut through the crap and hold stubborn people like me accountable, help us heal, help us work through all the good and bad."

Toni S.
